I also consent to information being used by Bend-n-Breathe and its associates to create a customized Yoga plan for me.

    What Should I Bring?

    It is recommended that you bring some water. If you have your own yoga mat, blocks, or straps, you can bring those as well. Mats, blocks, and straps will be provided. 

    How Long are the Sessions?

    The sessions are 1 hour in length. 

    This is My First Time. What Should I Do?

    It is a good idea to start off easy. Come early and ask for advice on how to start. You can also Contact Us with questions.

    Is Registration Required?

    It is best to register and to take the Self-Assessment to provide a full understanding of your goals.
